Anton is currently in South Africa on a business trip on behalf of his company. He's been here for several weeks and is due to leave soon.
Shortly after his arrival we went out to lunch at a restaurant in Franschhoek which served small amounts of very expensive food which he was kind enough to pay for.
I am sorry that this Web site is so out of date. Aside from simply being extremely busy, my main excuse is that my laptop is stuck in Atlanta after having been accidentally left there by my business partner when he went to his daughter's wedding, and I will only be getting it back next month.
In the meanwhile the other Anton has died and our lives have changed quite a lot as a result. I have photos of him on his last day and I want to tell that story when I put them up. I have plenty of other news too, ranging from the frivolity to disease and trauma, but will leave it till the next episode... |  |
